Measuring impact

Below are two Social Stencil Forms to help us build a catalogue of data to inform our research.

Form 1 is a Workshop Feedback Form, for those who might come along in person, or live stream.

Form 2 is a student impact form. If your school would like to use this form, send us an email and we can send you the pre- and post- intervention data for analysis, and we’ll ask your consent, to examine the data (with anonymity) for our research too.

Form 2 - Sample

At-Risk Student Impact pre-post Measure

Recommended Instructions:

This form should take 4-5 minutes per student to complete.

Please make a note of the students that you input for the pre-intervention data, and please complete the form again for those same students at post-intervention (after the full program is delivered in your classroom).

For most valid post-intervention data, it is ideal to complete this form 2 weeks after finishing the program.

Complete this form for several at-risk students in your classroom before starting to run the program. At-risk might include children who are experiencing difficulties making or keeping friends, difficulties with their behaviour in the classroom, difficulties managing big emotions, or low self-esteem and confidence.

At the conclusion of the program in your classroom, complete this form again for the same at-risk students. We’ll analyse the results for you and send the outcomes to your school.
