Beginning Term 4 2025, Dr Connie Buckingham (PhD) will work closely to support a group of Certified Trainers who then cascade their knowledge to the school community.

Key Features of Train the Trainer Program include:

Deep Learning: Certified Trainers gain advanced knowledge of the program, tools, and methods.
Facilitation Skills: Further develop skills to support their role to train their team effectively.
Consistency: Ensures the program is delivered in a standardised way across a school.
Scalability: Certified Trainers can reach many educators, staff, and extend information to the wide school community.
Sustainability: Builds in-house expertise so the program can continue to be offered with fidelity year on year.

Certified Trainers will attend a One-Day Social Stencil Trainer workshop in November 2025, attend a follow-up Social Stencil One-Day Facilitator Training Workshop in 2026, access and oversee the full Social Stencil Collection to support their school, and engage in individual virtual consults with Dr Connie Buckingham (up to 10 sessions annually).
