MEET ALEX.

Alex has always been curious about why people think, learn, and experience the world differently. That curiosity has shaped both his professional career and his passion for better understanding neurodiversity and the unique strengths and challenges that come with it.

Holding a Master of Business Administration and having spent years leading organisations through growth and change, Alex has learned that lasting success is rarely about finding perfect answers. More often, it comes from asking better questions, understanding people, and creating environments where individuals can thrive.

As Growth and Partnership Lead at Social Stencil, Alex works closely with our partnering schools, clinics, and community organisations to understand their Social Stencil needs and goals, and develop a training and support package that is right for them.

He is passionate about building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities for positive impact, and helping more people access Social Stencil.

Above all, Alex hopes to encourage curiosity, reduce stigma, and contribute to a future where neurodivergent people are better understood, supported, and valued.
